Medical Cannabis Evaluations

Chandler provides compassionate, evidence-informed evaluations to help you determine if medical cannabis could be part of your healing plan. Many Utah residents with conditions such as chronic or acute pain, persistent nausea, cancer, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, PTSD, ALS, cachexia, Alzheimer’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, rare conditions, or terminal illness meet the state’s qualifying criteria. If your condition isn’t currently listed, Chandler can help you petition the Compassionate Use Board.

In your appointment, you’ll discuss your medical history, symptoms, and goals in a safe, nonjudgmental space. If you qualify, Chandler will guide you through the process of obtaining your Utah medical cannabis card and help you make informed decisions about dosing, product types, and how to incorporate cannabis responsibly into your overall plan for mind–body balance.During your appointment, you’ll discuss your symptoms, goals, and medical history in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. If you meet Utah’s Qualified Medical Provider (QMP) guidelines, Chandler will help you obtain your medical cannabis card and guide you through the next steps — from product types and dosing to what to expect when you begin treatment.
