Many Utah residents with conditions such as chronic or acute pain, persistent nausea, cancer, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, PTSD, ALS, cachexia, Alzheimer’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, rare conditions, or terminal illness meet the state’s qualifying criteria. If your condition isn’t currently listed, Chandler can help you petition the Compassionate Use Board.
