Cancellation + No Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. This policy helps us maintain availability for all patients and ensures that provider time is used effectively.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
This allows us to offer your slot to another patient who may be waiting.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for $50.

Please reach out by email or phone to reschedule as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a patient misses a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No-shows are charged $50 and may require prepayment before scheduling future appointments.

Repeated Cancellations

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur. However, patients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows within a six-month period may be asked to prepay in full for future appointments or may be referred to another provider.

Emergencies or Illness

We recognize that true emergencies, illness, and severe weather can occur unexpectedly.
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll work with you to reschedule your visit without penalty when appropriate documentation or communication is provided.
